Looking for a new strategy on how to start your diet? There's a new application that will surely help you achieve your goal. Noom diet app helps users set personal goals and track what they eat. It's main focus is creating behavioral change surrounding food and exercise choice - nutritionist Rania Batayneh M .P. H

This app has this color coding takes both the quantity and quality of food into amount. Green- supposed to make up most of your dietYellow- are to be taken moderately Red- items to be consumed sparingly 

Noom claims to be the "last weight loss program you'll ever need" according to it's website.

Gina Lopez dies at 65

We lost a lover of life, Regina Paz "Gina" La'O Lopez, former Environmentalist and Philanthropist who served as secretary of the Philippines Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR ). Gina Lopez died because of multiple organ failure related to the disease at Makati Medical Center on August 19, 219 at the age of 65. A ccording to Rappler, Gina had been battling brain cancer in recent months, though her official cause of death was multiple organ failure.  She was also known as the daughter of ABS-CBN Chairman. She also served as the chairperson of ABS-CBN foundation chairman. When she was the chairperson of ABS-CBNABS-CBN's Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation, she established Bantay Bata 163, the country's first media-base hotline to protect disadvantage and at risk children.
