If looking for a drink can help relieve stress, a doctor from Morning show Salamat Doc recommends taking an avocado leaf tea. According to Dr. Susan Balingit, the avocado contains the ingredients that help to relax or relieve a person's feelings,b ecause avocado leaves has a lot of B complex, including its pandas relaxant," Balingit said. Aside from stress relief, Balingit also treats health benefits of other types of tea. According to doctors, if you experience coughs it is best to drink ginger and lemongrass. Once coughing with sputum a person can add ginger and lemongrass of oregano. Oregano is also effective against asthma and bronchitis , ginger against dizziness and abdominal pain, swelling against elevation and insomnia or when it is difficult to fall asleep. The benefit is just the same from tea boiled plants and tea from dried leaves in a tea bag, Balingit said.

Mass shooting survivor kills herself

Sydney  Aiello was  a survivor of the school shooting in Parkland, Florida. Aiello was  a 19 years old  senior student  at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School l ast year. O ne of her friends, Meadow Pollack, was a victim of the F ebruary 14,2018 mass shooting left 14 students and three staff members dead. Her  mother said that her daughter   suffered from survivor's guilt and recently been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and could be the reason why she  killed herself last weekend. 

Vitamin D benifits to human body

Vitamin D is e ssential for  helping build and maintain healthy bones and overall  health it   may also protect against cancer and diabetes. Our body absorbs series of process that starts when our skin is exposed to the sun's ultraviolet (UV) radiation.   There are also seafoods that are rich in  vitamin D like  salmon, sardines, canned tuna, oysters, and shrimp. People who are vegetarian can obtain this vitamin by consuming egg yolks, mushrooms, and fortified food products such as soy milk, cereal, and oatmeal. Without this, our bodies cannot absorb calcium  which is the main component of bone.

Bomb Hoax On Mumbai-Singapore Flight

A pilot had raised a bomb threat alert, which later turned out to be a hoax, A  Singapore Airlines flight carrying 263 passengers landed safely at the Changi International Airport in Singapore on Tuesday. T he airline received a call claiming that there was a bomb on the plane,  authorities have detained a woman and a child who are being questioned by the police. "Singapore Airlines confirms there was a bomb threat concerning SQ423 operating from Mumbai to Singapore. The aircraft arrived in Singapore on 26 March 2019 at about 0800hrs (local time). There were 263 passengers on board. We are assisting the authorities with their investigations and regret that we are unable to provide further details," said a spokesperson for the airlines. 

Aninaw Media Awards

University of Pangasinan- PHINMA association of Communication students conducts their Third Aninaw Media Awards, with the theme "Politics, Crime and Enterntainment: The Shaping of the Zentennial's Media held at Binmaley Manpower Development Center. ANINAW, the Pangasinan term for "reflection of light", is a local media giving event pioneered by the Communication students of PHINMA. Guest speakers of the event are, Mr. Gus Abelgas (Host, ABS-CBN S.O.C.O), Mr. Ferdinand Enriquez (Executive producer, ABS-CBN- S.O.C.O), Mr. Mores Heramis (Segment Producer, S.O.C.O), Mr. Mark Gemson (Former KBP Pangasinan Chapter Chairperson, now Vice-Chairperson) different schools participated in this event and joined the activities prepared by the communication students.
